A national agricultural innovation and R&D organization collaborated with Shaping Tomorrow to enrich their national foresight capabilities. The Shaping Tomorrow platform allowed them to scan early signs of change across agtech, regenerative farming, global trade patterns, and food system resilience. Through scenario thinking and strategic mapping, the agricultural innovation and R&D organization gained a better understanding of how shifts in consumer preferences, global climate policy, and technological breakthroughs could affect rural economies. Outputs fed directly into investment prioritization frameworks and cross-sector workshops with industry stakeholders.
